About The Role: As a CBRE Marketing Specialist you will work directly with business leads and brokers in the local market to develop strategies and marketing materials to support new client acquisition. The successful candidate will be a quarterback for B2B brands, and help clients meet business growth goals by meticulously keeping projects and resources on budget and on time. The role requires a superior ability to balance scope, customer satisfaction, and quality. Our project managers are excellent communicators, natural leaders of people, and have high follow-through. If you're drawn to new challenges and experiences, and working alongside a rigorous and passionate team excites you, we want to meet you Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 2 years of experience (marketing agency, internal marketing team, sales, etc) Experience in B2B Marketing, CRM/Sales Enablement, and/or Lead Generation Skills & Abilities Develop strong relationships internally & externally Succinctly communicate relevant information to clients & confidently answer questions relating to marketing performance (SEM, PPC, SEO, Email Marketing, Sales Enablement) Basic knowledge of typical B2B Marketing & Sales Enablement tech stacks including, CRMs, Marketing Automation platforms, ABM platforms Hubspot experience a plus Serve as primary point of contact for clients, set & manage expectations Excellent copy editor & proofreader Manage & delegate tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met and team is held accountable for execution Manage client hours & fees on an ongoing basis, keeping projects on time & on budget is key Work closely with internal teams, champion their efforts, & collaborate to meet deadlines while delivering exceptional work to the client Monitor out-of-scope requests & manage additional estimates/approvals Ideate cross-sell & upsell opportunities for existing clients Onboard new clients & internal teams to projects Benefits Perks & Benefits: Unlimited paid vacation policy Outstanding benefits with full family & dependent health, dental & vision insurance coverage 100% employer-paid Relaxed work environment with no dress code 401k Flexible, hybrid work-from-home / office schedule 3 months fully paid Birthing Parent leave Holiday office closure prior to New Year Summer Fridays Stackable incentive opportunities Free downtown parking
