What you'll do: Passion for technology meets keenly managed business processes in the Eaton Development Program - Information Technology. This two-year rotational program consists of up to four different assignments. This development program is strategically designed to provide emerging talent knowledge and skills that will accelerate technical and business learning.?Development is accomplished through a variety of on-the- job experiences, professional networking and business learning. The IT function is broad and this program will provide you with experiences which form the backbone for service delivery at a premier industrial diversified manufacturer. Potential assignments include roles in: - Cyber - Data science - Software engineering - User / customer experience - Project / product management After completion of the program, your technical expertise combined with your newly acquired business acumen will get you ready to take on larger challenges within the Information Technology function including technical or people leader opportunities. Required (Basic) Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM or business field from an accredited institution, with graduation date no later than August 2024 - Minimum of one internship/co-op experience or an equivalent 3 months of work experience completed at the time of this application - Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship now and in the future - Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States Preferred Qualifications: - Degree in management information systems, computer science, computer engineering, data science, or related from an accredited institution no later than August 2024 - Overall cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher - Previous internship or co-op experience in an IT capacity - Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community?
